MegaEasy Utilities  (most of these programs will only work with version 6.2 of the Advantage Database Server, ie Version 8 and 9 of Medisoft)

TRANSACTION TYPE FIX.EXE Fixes some access violations that occured in some reports in Medisoft 8.0. This program should be used in conjuction with the latest service pack for your Medisoft version. (for 8.0, use SP1 or higher).

MECopyData.exe Copies Insurance, EMC Receivers, Procedure Codes, Diagnosis Codes, Referring Providers and Addresses from one practice to another.

Megaeasy Repeat Appointment Fix Finds and lists repeat appointments with bad value units. For version 8 or 9.

CONVCON_210.ZIP   Convert Convert helps convert Medisoft DOS to Medisoft Windows with transactions. *All payments must be applied in DOS using the "Document Number" for this program to work.

DEPDATEFIX.EXE    Deposit Date Fix looks for Depoist Dates in the Deposit file that are on or before 01/01/1981 and replaces the date with the date the deposit was created.

INITBILLFIX_101.EXE   Initial Bill Fix, fills in the Initial Billing Dates in the claim when they are blank and the the Billing Date has a value. This helps when the data was converted from earlier versions when the Initial Billing Date field did not exists.

MCLAIMSTATUS.EXE  Marks a claim's Status from "Sent" to "Done" if all transactions on that claim have been marked complete for and individual payer.

MEDELSTR_100.EXE Deletes a record from the Superbill Tracking table. This helps when the user wants to remove a patient from the patient list but can not because the patient's chart is referenced in the MWSTR.adt file

MEGAEASY CLAIMS FIX Searches for invalid claim status values and converts them to "Hold". Searches for claims with no "Chart Number" and no "Case Number", removes any transactions from the claim and then deletes the claim. Fixes, "Primary Billing Methods" that are not assigned.

Megaeasy Medisoft Registration Fix tool for editing the medisoft registration data table, works for version 9 and possible version 8.
