Problem:
When the "Med Rec" button on the Prescription and Medication screen is clicked the reconciliation date to the left of the button does not update and does not prompt to select an encounter.
Solution:
One of the program incrementors is out of sync and needs to be repaired. Follow the steps below to run the repair utility. Note that the utility can be run from any Clinical workstation or server at any time without interrupting workflow. You should see results immediately after the utility finishes.
