Patients Not Crossing Over

Problem:

A new patient is entered in Medisoft, but they do not cross over to Practice Choice within 10 minutes.

Solution:

Check to make sure the new patient contains the following information. All of these fields MUST be filled out for the patient to cross over to Practice Choice:

  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • DoB
  • Address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip
  • Phone
  • Country

If all of the fields are filled in for the patient and the patient is still not crossing over, contact your local administrator about restarting your bridges.
