Patients Not Crossing Over
A new patient is entered in Medisoft, but they do not cross over to Practice Choice within 10 minutes.
Check to make sure the new patient contains the following information. All of these fields MUST be filled out for the patient to cross over to Practice Choice:
- Last Name
- First Name
If all of the fields are filled in for the patient and the patient is still not crossing over, contact your local administrator about restarting your bridges.
The following are optional fields that can be translated from Medisoft to Practice Choice through the bridge, but are not required:
